While we are still in the midst of planning for the 2021 Rain Down Banquet and working in the fields preparing for Refuge Hunting Camps we are pausing to help our friends in Louisiana. We are all aware of the devastation left behind by hurricane Ida and we even had one of our own who was impacted as Sam Caston’s home was hit and sustained moderate damage.
We are working through FBC Soso to get supplies to The Church in Livingston which is located in Livingston, LA. They are prepared and have experience in serving their community through disaster relief.
Items needed are:
- bottled water
- jugs of water
- cleaning supplies
- paper products
- batteries
- non perishable food items
We will not be taking clothes or perishable food items.
